Stages
There are 4 stages for the photography services that are offered by Alan Watson – initial consultation, pre-wedding meeting(s), pre-wedding photoshoot, and the actual event.
The initial consultation is a casual chat among the clients and Alan to ensure that Alan Watson Photography will be able to provide the required services to the clients.
In the pre-wedding meeting, more details will be shared by the clients. For example, the couple will share the itinerary for the actual day and if there are any special requirements. The details tend to be settled within one meeting, but more can be arranged if needed to.
Following the meeting is a pre-wedding photoshoot. It aims to capture the natural moments within the couple, which will later be used in the wedding album or video montage.
After all the meetings and shoots, it will be time for the actual day. Alan Watson Photography will capture the moments and also group shots. All photos will be stored in a USB drive and it is definitely of high resolution.
Packages
Alan Watson Photography offers four photography packages – Burns, Culzean, Balmoral, and Ailsa. The packages start from £800 and all of it comes with high resolution images that are stored in a USB drive.
Burns is one of the more popular packages among new couples for its personalised USB. it includes photography services till the 1st dance. Couples will be able to print as many copies of the photos from the event day through the personalised USB.
Culzean is similar to that of the Burns package; what makes it different is the additional 14-inch x 12-inch album that is designed with the style of the couple in mind. The album has 20 sides and 40 slots to showcase your favourite photos from the day. Not only that, the album cover has a photo acrylic front and it will be delivered in a personalised photo album box.
Balmoral is the most popular package among all the others. On top of the personalised USB, it comprises of:
- Photography services till the 2nd dance
- 3 specially designed albums (16-inch x 12-inch) to store 60 images
- 4 mini sized albums (handbag size)
- Online gallery
The 16-inch x 12-inch albums come with an acrylic photo front cover and a personalised photo album box. One main selling point of this package is the online gallery that is password protected. This will allow your family and friends to view the photos of the event day at their own leisure.
Ailsa is the package that offers the most coverage of the wedding day. In addition to the personalised USB drive, it also comprises of:
- Moments from the day will be captured from bridal preparation till the 3rd dance
- 3 specially designed albums (18-inch x 12-inch) to store 100 images
- 6 mini albums (6-inch x 8-inch)
- Gift for a family/friend at your wedding party
- 2 additional personalised USBs with high resolution images in it
- A copy of your chosen images in a slideshow, with the song of the first dance in the background
- “Signature Board” with a photo from the pre-wedding shot; signed by guests and framed by us
- Online gallery
The 18-inch x 12-inch photo album will come with a personalised briefcase for the couple. Similar to the Balmoral package, the online gallery is also password protected. The password can be shared to family and friends for them to view the photos online.
